1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Fitness Campus ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Registration requires explicit acceptance of all policies via mandatory checkboxes before you can create an account or complete a booking.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Account Types

• Users: Can browse trainers and book fitness/yoga sessions
• Trainers: Can offer services after verification and approval
• Administrators: Platform managers with full access

2.2 Account Requirements

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. Trainer Registration & Verification

3.1 Mandatory Requirements

Trainers must provide:

• Valid mobile phone number
• Permanent and present residential addresses
• Certificates and qualifications (PDF format, max 5MB)
• Government-issued address proof or ID (PDF format, max 5MB)
• Accurate experience and qualification information

3.2 Verification Process

All trainer applications undergo admin review before approval. Trainers must:

• Provide truthful and verifiable information
• Upload authentic documents
• Wait for admin verification before becoming visible to users

3.3 Document Access

Uploaded documents (certificates, address proof) are:

• Stored securely and only accessible by administrators
• Used solely for verification purposes
• Not viewable or downloadable by trainers after submission
• Deleted permanently upon account deletion

4. Platform Rules

4.1 Prohibited Conduct

Users and trainers must not:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or trainers
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or activities
• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to bypass platform security measures
• Share account access with unauthorized individuals

4.2 Content Standards

All content and communications must be:

• Professional and respectful
• Accurate and not misleading
• Compliant with applicable laws

5. Bookings & Payments

5.1 Booking Process

To book a trainer:

• Accept all policies (Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy) before payment
• Complete payment through our secure Razorpay integration
• Receive booking confirmation upon successful payment

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store credit card or payment details on our servers. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service.

5.3 Pricing

Trainers set their own prices. All prices shown include applicable taxes. Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings honor the price at the time of booking.

6. Account Suspension & Deletion

6.1 Your Right to Delete

You may request account deletion through your dashboard. The deletion process requires:

• Submission of a deletion request with optional reason
• Admin verification of no pending obligations
• Confirmation that no pending payments, sessions, or disputes exist
• Admin approval before final deletion

6.2 Our Right to Suspend or Delete

Fitness Campus reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete any user or trainer account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious behavior
• Providing false or misleading information
• Harassment or abuse of other platform users
• Non-compliance with legal requirements
• Any conduct that harms the platform's reputation or operations
• At our sole discretion when necessary to protect the platform

6.3 Trainer Account Deletion & Responsibility

If a trainer applies for permanent account deletion, the request will first be reviewed and verified by the admin. If any training sessions are found to be pending for users, the account deletion request will be rejected until all obligations are fulfilled.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

7.1 Platform Role

Fitness Campus is a marketplace connecting users with trainers. We:

• Do not guarantee trainer qualifications beyond uploaded documents
• Are not responsible for the quality of training services
• Do not employ trainers; they are independent service providers

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fitness Campus shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Service interruptions or platform availability
• Actions or conduct of users or trainers

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on Fitness Campus are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be:

• First attempted to be resolved through our support team
• Subject to binding arbitration if informal resolution fails
• Governed by the laws of India

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
